WHAT YOU NEED

Steaks:

4 Steaks (your choice of cut)

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 tsp Lemon juice
-
1 tsp Montreal Steak Spice
Mushrooms:
-
40 fresh mushrooms
-
1 Tbsp minced garlic
-
2 Tbsp butter
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp Naughty Angell Spice
Shake & Rub
Caesar Salad:
-
1 head of romaine lettuce
-
1/4 bag seasoned croutons
-
3 strips bacon (cooked & crumbled)
-
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
-
1/2 cup marble cheese, grated
-
1 green onion, sliced
-
Caesar salad dressing (to taste; we like Renee’s)

1/2 tsp black pepper
Twice-baked Halo Potatoes:
Potatoes: Preheat oven to 475°F. Because the potatoes take the longest to cook, get them cooking first while prepping the rest of the meal (link below).
Steaks: Pre-heat BBQ to 400°F.
In a small bowl create your rub: add olive oil, lemon juice and Montreal steak spice. Mix well and brush on both sides of the steaks. Now rub Naughty Angell Spice on both sides of steaks (massage well into the steaks).
Mushrooms: Wash mushrooms throughly and remove stems. Drain in colinder and set aside to continue draining.
Caesar Salad: Cook bacon and crumble once cool (see Tamed Caesar Salad recipe for cooking instructions). Cut lettuce into bite-size pieces, wash and spin dry (see video for easy method). Place lettuce in large bowl and add all ingredients except for the Caesar dressing and toss well. Add Caesar dressing (to taste) and toss only once other dish items are almost cooked.
Steaks: Place steaks on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred (4-5 mins). Then turn the steaks over and continue to grill 3-5 mins (medium-rare), 5-7 mins (medium) or 8-10 mins (medium- well).
Mushrooms: Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, then add butter and garlic. Add mushrooms and toss to coat. Sprinkle in black pepper, salt and Naughty Angell Spice. Continue sautéing, moving mushrooms so that they cook evenly, until they start to soften. Cook until golden brown (8-10 mins).

For spicier steaks, massage in Fallen Angell Spice Shake & Rub.

Placing steaks in the fridge for 24hrs after applying the rub will make them even more flavourful!

Remember that steaks keep on cooking after they are taken off the grill so take them off 1-2 mins before suggested cooking time.
BBQ Grilled Mushrooms Cooking Method:

Mushrooms can also be cooked on the BBQ grill. Simply place mushrooms and related ingredients on a large piece of aluminum foil (piece of foil should be large enough to fold up and cover the top of the mushrooms). Fold up piece of foil over the mushrooms and pinch along the top seam and on ends so it is sealed well. Place foil packet on BBQ for 10 mins then shake lightly and place back on grill for final 10 mins (see Videos for foil wrapping tutorial).
