AngeL SPICE VEGGIE DIPS
We LOVE dips!! Our family meals almost always include a dip of sorts. Whether it be a dip for bread, pizza, pork chops, steak mushrooms, potatoes and more, dips are such a great accompaniment to so many thingsnot just chips. After creating Angell Spice Shake & Rub we took classic dips and created our own dips usingof course, Angell Spice. Because dips are so versatile, you can get quite creative with what you add to a dip - it’s all about your personal tastes.
Our dips are complete dip recipes but please try out adding or altering ingredients and then let us know what you came up with—We would love to share your recipes! We may even make a video of us making your recipe for our website!

YIELD: 2 cups
PREP TIME: 10 mins
SET TIME: 2-24 hrs
-
500ml Sour Cream (any type)
-
1 pkg Knorr® Vegetable Soup Mix
(not creamy type)
-
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
(optional, but highly suggested) -
1/2 tsp Oregano
-
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
-
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
-
1 Tbsp Angell Spice Shake & Rub
(heat of choice)
Through a sifter pour entire package of Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix in a small bowl (at least 4 cups), separating the powder from the dried vegetables. Once separated pick which/ and how much dried veggies you would like in the dip mixture (i.e. remove peas and only add approx. half of the other veggies back into the mixture.) *Note: too many veggies may make the dip become too chewy!
Add sour cream to the sifted soup mix and mix gently and thoroughly. Once mixed, add Cayenne pepper (optional), oregano, Italian seasoning, ground black pepper and Angell Spice Shake & Rub (heat level of your choice). Mix until well blended throughout.
Cover and let stand in fridge for a minimum of 3hrs before serving (for best results let stand in fridge overnight.) Once dip has set and cooled for the desired time, serve with your favorite foods to dip (i.e. bread, vegetables, chips, etc..).

RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
As always the type of Angell Spice you use up to you but we suggest the hotter blends (Fallen & Sultry Angell Spice) for breads, chips and meats and the milder blends Tame or Naughty Angell Spice) for veggies, chips and as a pleasant contrast to spicy foods.
Tips for Dips: (try one or all!)
-
Replace the Knorr® Vegetable Soup Mix with onion soup mix (amazing with Fallen Angell Spice!!).
-
Replace 1/3 of the sour cream with plain Greek yogourt for a creamier dip.
