WHAT YOU NEED
PREP & COOK
  • 1 1lb bag baby red or yellow potatoes

  • 1.5 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2-3 tsp Tame or Naughty Angell Spice Shake & Rub (to your taste)

  • 1 tsp Montreal Steak Spice

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano

  • 1 tsp of bacon grease (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 475°F.

 

Wash potatoes, pat dry and cut in half, then cut the halves in half. In a medium bowl toss cut potatoes in olive oil (and bacon grease, optional) until evenly coated. Add in the rest of the roaster ingredients and toss very well until thoroughly coated in spices.

Place potatoes in a shallow pan, top with evenly spread out Tbps of margarine and place in the oven for approx. 45mins. Toss & turn potatoes every 15-20mins. Cook until golden brown on all sides. 

YIELD: 6 x 1/2 cups 
PREP TIME: 15 mins
COOK TIME: 35-45 mins
RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
  • For a quicker cooking time, boil the potatoes for 20mins and drain before adding other ingredients.
     

  • If you like salty, peppery food, try adding 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp black pepper for that extra oomph!
     

  • For Spicier Seasoning: Replace Tame with Fallen Angell Spice Shake & Rub and add 1/4 tsp cayenne.

  • For a Smokier Accent: Replace Tame with Sultry Angell Spice Shake & Rub and add 1/4 tsp of Cajun spice.
