This is such a quick and easy recipe! We have tried it and love it!
We also love how versatile this side dish is. By simply adding a teaspoon of dill or parsley or Italian seasoning to this recipe, these carrots become a perfect accompaniment to any type of Main Dish Hero!

WHAT YOU NEED

1 bag of baby carrots (whole) or 4 large carrots (1/4 sliced)

2 Tbsp of margarine or butter

1 Tbsp of brown sugar

2 tsp of the Angell Spice Shake & Rub of your choice
PREPARE & COOK
Boil or steam carrots for 7 minutes.
Drain water.
Place back onto minimum heat and add margarine, brown sugar and Angell Spice.
Cook a further 2 minutes over minimum heat to help flavors of the Angell spice and the brown sugar.
Serve and ENJOY!
